A
supplement for parties over 12 in number of £50 to £100 per person
per week will be charged. A
non refundable deposit is required on booking of 25% we will only
refund if we are able to re-let. A caution cheque needs to be sent to
us prior to travel (payable to me by separate cheque with the balance
of the rental) this will be refunded after lets providing the house is
clean and there are no breakages. The outbuildings must also be
cleaned. Any extra cleaning will be charged for. If you do not have
time to clean, cleaning is very expensive, so €20 an hour is the
going rate for the extra time.
Our bookings in the high season (May to September) are normally
Saturday to Saturday but out of season we can take bookings with
midweek starts to enable cheaper flight prices.
